# Ancestral Nodes

Ancestral Nodes will be the key to the MojoTrolls ecosystem. You will need to hold an Ancestral Node in order to participate in any of the community reward pools. 

Registering an Ancestral Node on the MojoTrolls website will create your  spot on the Ancestral Power Leaderboard and allow you to earn rewards based on your ranking. Once minted, Genesis NFTs will need to be staked to an Ancestral Node in order to earn rewards.

Ancestral Nodes will be unlimited in supply however they will most likely find a limit because of the pricing mechanics. The base price of an Ancestral Node will increase 50% for every 500 sold. This will help to keep the supply limited and the Ancestral Reward pools undiluted.
